Where do you deliver to?
We offer a UK Nationwide Delivery Service Monday to Friday.  We can deliver to most UK postcodes using our 3rd party courier service. PLEASE NOTE: unfortunately we cannot deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands, Northern or Southern Ireland. 

Can I specify a delivery time?
Deliveries normally take place between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday.  We are sorry but exact delivery times cannot be provided.

Can I specify a delivery date?
Unless you tell us otherwise, your tree will be delivered within 2-3 working days from the date you place your order. If you would rather wait for your tree to be delivered closer to Christmas, please choose your preferred delivery window when you select your tree. 

Do I have to be at home when my tree is delivered?
No.  However, PLEASE NOTE as Christmas trees are a perishable item, we need you to tell us what to do with your order if no-one is at home when our courier arrives.  Please give clear instructions, i.e. leave in the porch or try flat number 2.  We cannot accept responsibility for any items left without a signature.

I have not ordered a tree (I ordered lights and a stand.) What will happen if I am not in to receive the delivery?
If your order contains anything other than a tree then we wont leave it without a signature.  You will be left a card and will need to ring to rearrange delivery.
