Customer Feedback

“Thanks a lot - the tree is lovely. Very pleased and will come back to you again next year.”.

Tree/Wreath Care

We've given it our love, now it's over to you....

Looking after your tree

After you have received delivery of your tree, it should be kept outside in its net in a cool, shaded, wind-sheltered place, preferably standing in water, until it is needed indoors.

Before we dispatch your tree we will cut off half an inch from the base in order to open up the pores of the tree. Once indoors mount it in a water-holding stand, remove the net and place it away from direct heat.

Please note that as the tree has been in a net, it will take a few hours for the branches to drop back down to their natural shape. This is normal but you can still get on and decorate - this will speed up the process!

Keep the stand topped up with water every day; you will be surprised how much it needs....

Looking after your wreath

If possible, after you have received delivery of your wreath soak the ring in water for 10 minutes to keep the foliage fresh. If the wreath is in a very dry environment, i.e. an internal heated hallway, it may benefit from the occasional spray with water.
